Sunum Nasıl Yapılır

Bir çok kişinin zorlandığı bir konu üzerinde bir araştırma yapmıştım. Çoğumuz sunum yaparken heyecanımızı kontrol etmekte zorluk çekeriz. En büyük olumsuz etkiyi sunumda bu durum oluşturmaktadır. Heyecanın sunuma etkisini %75 olarak düşünürsek diğer durumlara ( slaytta imla hatası, anlatırken çok hareketli veya durağan olma, anlatılan fıkraların veya sorulan soruların zamansızlığı v.b) %25 lik bir pay kaldığını görüyoruz.

Bu başlıkla ilgili ingilizce olarak hazırlamış olduğum çalışmayı sizlerle paylaşmak istedim. İçeriğinde ingilizceminde elverdiği kadarıyla “Sunum Nasıl Yapılır” sorusunun cevabını vermeye çalıştım. Yararlı olması dileğiyle.

HOW DOES PRESENTATION PREPARE ?

Presentations are very important at education, line of work e.t.c. Presentations includes listening skill, writing skill and searching skill. All of them have a goal. For example: Goal may be studying a topic at school or training job at company or explaining a product for customer.
Also it is a important point that body language is used well.

Controlling Excitement
A lot of people have wrong idea about presentations. For example: When you make a presentation, you must not get excited. This state is wrong. You may get excited as lots of people. Don’t worry, you are not alone. Every people can get excited. Excitement is important in order to prepare the presentation. But it must not be on high degree.

PREPARING PRESENTATION
1) What is the goal in presentation?
2) Planing presentation.
3) Where will you make presentation in?
4) Knowing audiences’ levels

1) What Is The Goal At Presentation?
It is important that why you make this presentation. Is your goal for informing audience or for persuasion? Firstly you have to answer these questions and similar other questions.
Informing: You give information to audience which is can be used by audience. But you have to know that how many audience have some information about your topic.
Persuasion: You try to believe them your topic.

2) Planing Presentation
If you want to make a good presentation, you have to prepare a sketch.
Firstly you have to write your ideas on a paper. After that put in order them in order to write to sketch.
If you want, audience is given a program about presentation by you. In this way they can follow you carefully.
Also, you have to plan your peresentation time.

3) Where Will You Make Presentation?
You have to look at the salon whether it has technical equipments. If it
has them, you have to learn how they are used in order not to accomplish your presentation.

You have to know a few functions :
 What kind of chairs will the audience sit on?
 How will salon prepare? Sometimes salons are U or circulars. These salons are appropriate for exchange of views.
 Is illumination enough at lecture room or salon?
 Will illumination close when you make your presentation?
 Does salon or lecture room have a microphone and rostrum?
If it is possible, you try to go lecture room before presentation time is made. Also you have to make test presentation at least once.

4) Knowing Audiences’ Levels
 You have to know how much audience know about topic.
 You have to use different methods at class, at club meeting e.t.c
 If audience know nothing what you explain. You have to summarize more about topic.
 You have to know average age of audience.
 Will you explain children or adults? You have to know them too.
If you prepare good peresentation, you apply these counditions.

A presentation include an introduction, development and result. Firstly you can prepare development part. Because it is easer than introduction and result part.

1) Development Part
Development part includes important subjects. You have to choose the best speaking technique. If you want to the audience believe in a specific subject, you must use a specific technique.

You can use datums this part:
 Statistics: Numbers and rates tells us the truth. If you use them, audience believe more you.
 Examples: You can give examples in order to explain the topic.
 Short Stories: It is as examples.

2) Introduction Part
Introduction part is made affective. Because, when you start to explain about topic, probably audience can think different things. Therefore you have to make beautiful first sentence.

You can use a few things :
 Ask a question: You can ask different them about topic.
 You can mention specific things
 You can explain a anecdote about subject.

3) Result Part
I explain directly counditions this part.
 You have them remember important point at result part.
 You have to good plan for last sentence.
 You can summarize the important subjects.
 You can connect with introduction part.

Using The Technological Equipments
If you use technological equipments, you will explain more your presentation. But you have to know how they are used. Other part was mentinoed this sentence.

Of course, if you want, you can use a lot of things in tecnology equipment.

How Does Speaker(you) Wear?
When you wear a showy dress, audience are infuenced badly. Therefore you have to wear a not showy dress or not showy suit. It is chosen dark colour. You are remembered with presentation are not remembered with dress. Especially, women must not choose heeled shoe.

Notes
 Speaker have to express yourself in presentation.
 Audience are attracted attention in presentation.
 According to knowledge, a subject is read ten percent, is listened twenty percent and is seen thirty percent, is remembered.
